📋 Description

• As an Engineering Manager at Zeals, you will play a crucial leadership role in shaping engineering teams, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of impactful projects. • This role is adaptable across different teams and functions, allowing for flexibility based on evolving organizational needs. • You will focus on fostering a high-performing team culture, aligning engineering strategies with business objectives, and delivering high-quality products and services.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience in crossfunctional teams. • A deep understanding of backend/frontend technologies, APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns. • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities with both backend and frontend engineers. • Experience in project management, prioritization, and roadmap planning. • A proven track record of delivering integrated solutions that meet business requirements.
