Requirements

• 7+ years of management experience in frontend/backend engineering teams. • A deep understanding of frontend technologies, UI/UX design principles, and integration patterns. • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities with both frontend and backend engineers. • Experience in project management, prioritization, and roadmap planning. • A proven track record of delivering integrated solutions that meet business requirements.
