📋 Description

• Oversee medium-sized projects or project phases, ensuring alignment with business goals, effective communication, and resource management, while managing scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Develop and manage project plans, monitor inter-project dependencies, manage budgets and schedules, and deliver progress reports and presentations. • Identify and mitigate project risks, manage vendor selection and compliance, and ensure project success criteria are communicated and met throughout the project lifecycle. • Build and maintain effective relationships with senior leadership, stakeholders, and various levels within the organization to resolve complex issues. • Ensure clear and effective communication across all project levels within and outside the organization, including regular status updates and post-implementation handovers.

🎯 Requirements

• Have minimum 5 years of relevant, progressively responsible project management experience, including all aspects of project life cycle and execution. • Have a Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). PMP designation is preferred. • Have a strong familiarity with project management software such as MS project. • Have strong communication and presentation skills in order to comfortably present to our Senior Leadership Team (SLT). • Are willing to take initiative and have a strong ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Have strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
