• Professional Services PM/Scrum Master • We’re seeking a Professional Services Manager to ensure our clients fully leverage our product through customized integrations and services. • You’ll gather client requirements, design tailored solutions, and oversee project implementation. • Your leadership will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, enhancing client satisfaction and product adoption. 🎯 Requirements
• 3-4 years experience in consulting, software engineering, or technical customer-facing roles • Excellent knowledge of SQL • BSc in Computer Science or a related field • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Agile development, and planning • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and diligent • Agile and Scrum Master Training or certification
