• Coordinate the administrative needs of a project. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office. • Maintaining project schedule and deliverables for PM and department managers on site. • Communicating key plans, risks, and addressing areas of concern with all key stakeholders. • Ability to work independently but take direction from multiple leadership roles. • Provide all reporting requirements to multiple departments and corporate head office. • Maintaining relationships with all departments and showing strong communication skills. • Creative problem solver • Willing to work in camp throughout the Province of B.C./Yukon Territory.

• Advanced understanding and command of MS Office • Able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication • Understanding of cost control in Civil Construction site • Civil Construction experience an asset • Class 5 Drivers Licence
