📋 Description
• Develop and customize templates and prompts within the CoVet app tailored to users across diverse veterinary practice areas. • Design and test new prompting strategies to improve the performance and relevance of the AI Copilot across specialties. • Collaborate directly with technical teams to provide veterinary insight during the development and refinement of new AI tools and implementations. • Contribute to the design of internal testing systems to evaluate AI behavior, accuracy, and performance in clinical contexts. • Research and evaluate emerging AI tools, platforms, and market solutions to inform product development strategy. • Occasionally provide expert-level support to users, troubleshoot AI-related issues, and help train users to maximize the value of the Copilot. • Participate in or co-lead academic and clinical research projects focused on veterinary AI applications. • Influence the long-term roadmap and enhancements of the CoVet platform with a strong voice for veterinary user needs.
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in any clinical setting. • Hands-on or collaborative experience with AI systems, prompt engineering, or machine learning tools (formal or informal). • Experience with software testing, QA, or structured evaluation of digital tools is a plus. • Background in customer support or client-facing roles is considered an asset. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design practical, scalable solutions. • Comfort navigating ambiguity and developing systems or processes from the ground up. • Excellent communication and documentation skills—especially the ability to convey complex tech ideas clearly. • Self-driven and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment. • Curiosity and a strong interest in the intersection of technology and medicine.
