β€’ Identify and acquire new clients aligned with DevOps and Cloud solutions. β€’ Develop and execute outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels. β€’ Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure effective conversions. β€’ Conduct sales presentations and advise clients on DevOps and Solution Architecture services. β€’ Negotiate and close deals, establishing long-term client relationships. β€’ Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals align with customer needs. β€’ Utilize CRM tools to track sales opportunities and provide reporting.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, ideally in DevOps, Cloud, or SaaS solutions for startups. β€’ 100% Hunter mindset: proven track record in active prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. β€’ Ability to sell consulting services to CTOs, founders, and tech teams. β€’ Proficiency in consultative sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) with successful high-value contract closures. β€’ Understanding of the startup ecosystem and its technological needs. β€’ Experience using prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar. β€’ Strong autonomy to design sales strategies and deliver results without micromanagement. β€’ Fluent English is required for both written and spoken communication to effectively engage with global clients. β€’ Proficiency in additional languages is a plus and can enhance relationship-building and market expansion. β€’ Results-driven and excellent negotiation skills.
