β€’ The Chief of Staff will be a key strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team β€’ Responsible for driving company-wide initiatives and ensuring alignment across teams β€’ Lead critical processes and communications to all stakeholders β€’ Act as a central figure in translating leadership vision into actionable plans β€’ Fostering a culture of clarity, accountability, and high performance β€’ Drive innovation in coach training and leadership development β€’ Weave operational and cultural excellence into a new way of working β€’ Scale the Co-Active movement from the inside out β€’ Deepen Community Engagement across the Co-Active network

Requirements
