• The Chief of Staff will be a key strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team • Responsible for driving company-wide initiatives and ensuring alignment across teams • Lead critical processes and communications to all stakeholders • Act as a central figure in translating leadership vision into actionable plans • Fostering a culture of clarity, accountability, and high performance • Drive innovation in coach training and leadership development • Weave operational and cultural excellence into a new way of working • Scale the Co-Active movement from the inside out • Deepen Community Engagement across the Co-Active network
