Requirements
• Knowledge of loan accounting – interest methods, rates, deferred fees & costs, non-accrual, trouble debt restructuring, Allowance for Loan Loss. • Advance aptitude in problem solving, including the ability to logically structure an appropriate analytical data framework for reporting and analyzing data. • Ability to extract, analyze and merge data from disparate systems and perform complex analysis. • Advanced analytical and research skills. • Prioritizing and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to navigate and work with multiple core or disparate systems and/or data repositories. • Strong organizational skills and is a master of processes and stickler for details. • Can accept the challenges that come with working for a rapidly growing company whose strategy includes significant organic growth and implementation of new systems.
