📋 Description

• The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage complex projects for our internal PMO, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress to ensure milestones are met. • Support in growing an internal PMO through setting standards and best practices. • Identify and manage risks, and develop and implement mitigation strategies. • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution with a focus on executive level status updates on cross functional projects. • Manage project resources, budget, and timeline. • Monitor and evaluate project performance, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project outcomes. • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management. • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. • Proficient in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience with project management software, particularly Jira.
