• The Recipient Solutions Manager (RSM) provides support and education to reduce patient aftercare burden. • Achieves upgrade sales goals within the Southeast territory covering specified states. • Focuses on aftercare solutions, customer satisfaction, and developing strategies for patient outcomes. • Requires expertise in patient education, relationship management, upgrade business development, and consultative sales skills. • Collaborates strategically with sales teams to enhance consumer satisfaction and sales efficiency. • Utilizes Salesforce and other tools to manage territory performance effectively. • Maintains compliance with company policies and documentation requirements.
