• Provides industry-leading support and education to reduce patient and professional aftercare burden • Focuses on providing efficient aftercare solutions that deliver customer satisfaction and developing strategies to support patient outcomes • Engages with new recipients and provides onboarding and upgrade education • Collaborates with sales teams to drive upgrade sales and customer satisfaction • Applies business acumen to understand clinic aftercare needs • Builds strong relationships with stakeholders • Manages territory performance and clinic upgrade penetration
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/AuD preferred • 2-3 Years of Experience in Hearing Healthcare, sales or service experience • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Demonstrated prioritization and organization skills • Experience taking action and ownership of customer relationships within assigned region • Strong computer skills with experience in various software packages including Microsoft Suite and web-based applications • Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment • Ability to lift minimum 30 lbs. • Must possess a valid driver’s license. • Must meet all credentialing requirements to obtain hospital and surgical center access.
