Description
• Reporting to the CEO, own the product strategy, vision and the end to end development process for multiple product lines • Foster an environment of collaboration and communication • Own overarching product vision, strategy, and create an ongoing roadmap to successfully drive product outcomes • Champion of customer needs; identify, prioritize, launch and grow new products • Engage with the Leadership Team to ensure alignment on direction and to support team career growth and development • Design measurable tactical and strategic data-driven indicators of success • Influence and communicate cross-functionally with engineering and financial business teams • Partner with sales & marketing on go-to-market strategies • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule • Conduct strategic research and planning, including pricing and competitor analysis
Requirements
• 10+ years of cumulative experience in Product Leadership roles • 3+ years in a VP or Senior Leadership capacity • Seasoned experience shipping SaaS products - setting product strategy, vision, and developing a product roadmap • A history of building and coaching high performing (remote) Product teams, who do better and think bigger under your leadership • Demonstrated success improving team performance and holding individual team members accountable to established targets and expectations • Data driven mindset & highly analytical, with a pension to dig into metrics and derive insights • A background in delivering for Enterprise SaaS solutions in the Financial Industry is a huge plus! • A background in delivering AI-integrated products is another plus!
