• Fully remote role requiring Central European Time working hours. • Oversee the content and visual strategy for Tomorrow University’s website. • Develop compelling messaging for diverse audiences while ensuring brand consistency. • Optimize website for SEO and drive lead generation. • Collaborate across teams for impactful content and design execution. • Lead design projects and manage creative assets for digital marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or design. • Exceptional storytelling and writing abilities, with the ability to craft persuasive copy that drives action and engagement. • Native-level English proficiency is required. Proficiency in German is a plus. • Proficiency in visual design tools like Figma and the ability to create captivating visuals for multiple formats and platforms. • Experience in defining, managing, and evolving a brand identity for a global, mission-driven organization. • SEO knowledge and experience with on-page optimization for organic search visibility. • Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously. • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and works well with cross-functional teams. • Integrity, Curiosity & Growth Initiative, Proactivity, and Enthusiasm. • Passion for Sustainability, Entrepreneurship & Technology.
