• Be aware that this position is completely Remote but our working hours are Central European Time (+/- 2h) • Tomorrow University is a next generation University for Impactful Careers. • In our transition to a sustainable society, education is the crucial lever. • We deliver accredited degree programs designed to build up 21st century competencies and provide a world-class network of experts to set our learners up for impact. • A remote-first learning environment driven by technology and AI enables flexible and personalized learning from wherever you are. • Our mission At Tomorrow’s University, we leverage science and technology for effective learning and foster a global community for continuous growth and impact. • We're seeking a consultative Sales Manager who is eager to grow quickly in a fast-growing company. • Your main tasks will include: • Nurturing inbound leads through emails, WhatsApp, and phone calls. • Conducting outbound outreach to B2C leads via LinkedIn Recruiter. • Building rapport over the phone and qualifying customer pain points with precision and depth. • Guiding candidates through the application process. • Pitching to both perceived and unperceived needs, handling objections, and closing deals with clarity. • Collaborating with the Marketing team to ensure we’re running effective campaigns and refining existing efforts.

Requirements

• Fluent in BOTH English and German • Previous experience in 360° (full-cycle) sales. • Proficiency in processing SaaS inbound and outbound leads. • Expertise in cold calling. • Ability to plan and execute outreach experiments, analyze conversion rates, and adjust messaging. • Familiarity with qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC or BANT. • Experience in closing deals with ARR of €15k+ (B2B or B2C). • Analytical mindset with the ability to create HubSpot reports and dashboards • Independent work capability • Cross-functional teamwork • Effective communication at all levels • Integrity, Curiosity & Growth • Initiative, Proactivity, and Enthusiasm • Eagerness to learn and a commitment to execution • Passion for Sustainability, Entrepreneurship & Technology.
