• Oversee creative strategy that informs advertising outputs across clients • Deliver on creative vision and ensure creative excellence • Receive and provide constructive feedback from/to internal teams and clients • Guide copywriters and designers in framing the ideas and storytelling via storyboards, mocks, write-ups, etc. • Create 1-1 relationships with clients, acting as a trusted creative partner to senior level marketing leaders • Support in managing the creative operations with leadership team • Mentor Creative team members • Integrate with other departments to ensure all work is cohesive and we are growing client relationships • Balance working across multiple projects and workstreams, and support creative team members in prioritizing their work as needed • Partner with the growth team and other team leaders to create compelling pitch materials - and pitch them - to drive Code3 revenue
• Experience building a creative team/offering that is social and digital centered • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment • Ability to guide creative from big idea through execution • Excellent communication skills • A portfolio that wows - ideally with design experience • An openness to experimentation and curiosity around AI and new technology • Deep familiarity with social platforms (paid and organic), retail/commerce platforms (i.e. Amazon, Walmart, etc) and video (i.e. CTV)
