📋 Description

• Chat, and meet with leads from Upwork • Professionally present company, processes and services • Identify leads that match our ICP • Nurture Qualified leads • Identify opportunities and pass them to the Sales Executive team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Software development, Staffing Agency • 2+ years of experience SDR, BDR • Good communication skills • Good level of English C1 • Good presentation skills, likability • Active listener • Ability to think on your feet • Ability to identify qualified leads • Questioning Ability • Understanding of the Software Agency Model • Сold Calling experience • Linkedin Prospecting Experience • Cold Email Prospecting Experience • Nice to have: • Experience with Upwork • Tech Savvy • Experience in developing new ICP • Knowledge of one of the following industries: Blockchain, Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare or any other industry
