Description
• CodePath delivers industry-vetted courses and career support for aspiring tech leaders. • Lead instructors provide in-class instruction using CodePath curriculum and integrate student feedback. • Instructors should be dynamic technical experts, focusing on inclusive education for underrepresented students. • Classes expected to be on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday from 4:00pm-7:30pm EST.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer science (or closely related field) • 3+ years of full-time working experience in a software development/engineering role • Ability to work evenings in the East Coast time zone • Strong understanding of iOS technologies and development • Strong familiarity with Swift • Experience working through shifting priorities and learning, while maintaining organization and control • A passion for training the next generation of developers and some experience teaching in an educational, volunteer or work setting, for online learning environments • (Preferred) 1+ years of instructional experience with a demonstrated track record of educational excellence
