• Collaborates with the recruitment team • In charge of recruiting, screening, interviewing, and placing potential hires • Develops and implements recruiting strategies to source the best talent • Provides recruiting solutions to complex staffing issues • Creates robust search strategies to identify top talent • Develops those prospects into candidates and engages them • Contributes to the knowledge base of the Recruiting Team • Conducts interviews and negotiates employment offers • Serves as talent advisor to hiring executives • Mentors the recruiting team through leading by example • Ensures data integrity with ATS and other systems
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment • Proven expertise in recruiting and filling complex technical positions • Delivering excellent candidate experience • Managing candidate tracking systems • Building relationships with managers and colleagues • Reporting and recording information into various systems, using Google Workspace Applications and Slack • Sourcing, shortlisting, and assessing leads • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
