📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate all scrum ceremonies for multiple projects, including kick-offs, grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives. • Use Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira to configure and maintain boards, backlogs, and sprint tools to streamline the Agile process. • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines. • Create and maintain project documentation in ADO Wiki and provide updates via ADO dashboards and reports. • Partner with internal teams (Product, Design, Web, and Mobile) to ensure smooth project execution. • Track and improve team velocity to ensure the delivery of high-quality deliverables. • Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and scope changes to ensure successful project outcomes. • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including status reports, KPIs, and progress on deliverables. • Ensure effective dissemination of relevant project information throughout the organization. • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies in a timely manner. • Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Project Manager role. • Significant expertise in Azure DevOps and Jira, with a strong understanding of configuring boards, managing backlogs, and sprint planning. • Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) required; additional certifications like Azure DevOps are a plus. • Proven experience in managing multiple projects concurrently, delivering within scope, budget, and timelines. • Experience in tracking project progress, team velocity, and managing risks and dependencies. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage resource allocations and scope changes effectively.
