• Lead budget development and feasibility assessment for multiple creative concepts and executions. Ensure budgets are realistic and vetted • Provide workback timelines and logistics insight for proposals • Source venue and vendor options • Lead development and content drafting of slides in proposals that include budget, logistics, timelines, venues, and other production components • Reach out to third party vendors for quotes and feasibility checks as needed to further vet potential concepts • Flag potential risks or concerns regarding execution, safety, security, and more through the development of creative concepts. • Be a team player. Communicate and collaborate closely with internal teams • Present well and confidently, casting the agency in a good light • Be flexible and nimble through the proposal development phase
