Description

• Lead and manage our team of Product Managers in ensuring the reliability and efficiency in shipping high-quality software products • Identify bottlenecks in our current processes and proactively improve those or introduce changes where necessary – we want to leverage your experience • Guide, mentor and develop other Product Managers to fully unfold their potential • Plan and efficiently communicate product roadmaps, product strategy and progress to both internal and external stakeholders, including executives • Drive cross-organizational communication regarding our product vision and influence our GTM strategy • Drive market research to stay informed about the latest trends, updates and technologies available and discuss possible ways to add those in our product portfolio • Maintain a close and strong relationship with our key customers to better understand their needs

Requirements

• You are proactive and like to work in a fast-paced company • You are people & result oriented, you enjoy talking to people, you are open and know how to empower others to achieve the best possible outcome • You have a proven track record as a Director in Product Management and have lead a Product Management department beforehand • You have optionally worked in the Conversational AI or Contact Center space • You have clear communication and conflict resolution skills • You can foster great management skills that include coaching, mentoring, and building psychological safety and trust through conversations and open feedback
