• Lead strategic efforts to expand Cognito's user base • Improve product engagement and transition to an established educational platform • Balance creative problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and effective project management • Grow site traffic and acquire new users • Utilise user research, data analytics, and AI to inform strategy

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, growth, or similar roles. • Studied GCSEs and A-levels. • Ability to synthesise complex ideas and translate them into intuitive products. • Excellent communication and explanation skills, with fluency in English. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. • Proficiency with AI tools and technologies to optimise various business processes. • Reliable internet connection for Zoom calls.
