📋 Description
• Participate as senior engineering representative in product development teams for development strategies of new products and services. • Implement best practices and standards on the project. • Working on identifying the project risk and planning mitigation action with the PM at project level. • Participate in the full life cycle of development, from specification and design through implementation, testing, and support. • Proactive to propose effective solutions to unexpected events and you must have an explanation for them. • Research technical issues and propose technical solutions. • Collaborate to set priorities and evaluate the options accurately. • Work to constantly increase the productivity of the team and reduce waste on the other end. • Lead should inspire all the other team members, a Lead who is looked upon by all the members. • Share the success and failures with the team. • Delegating work and assignments to team members.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and expertise. • 3+ years of solid experience operating software solutions as a Senior Engineer. • 3+ years of solid programming experience as a Senior Engineer. • 3+ years of solid development solutions experience as a Senior Team Leader. • B2+ Level of written and spoken English • Ability to explain complex ideas • Deep analytical skills • Project and Resources management skills • Work collaboratively • Influence and negotiation • Teaching vocation
