📋 Description

• Monitor workforce allocations and utilization across various work lanes. • Identify resource bottlenecks, underutilization, or workload imbalances and recommend adjustments. • Collaborate with different organization stakeholders to optimize resource distribution and ensure alignment with organization priorities. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across relevant tools and systems, including budget tracking. • Develop dashboards and reports that provide visibility over statuses, resource utilization, and overall progress. • Analyze data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and support decision-making. • Track and manage time reporting data to ensure accurate and timely submissions. • Analyze time reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, or discrepancies. • Support team leads in addressing time reporting issues and improving time management practices. • Monitor compliance with the unit's processes and methodologies. • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure adherence to established practices. • Act as the central point of contact for process-related queries within the unit. • Collaborate with engineers, project managers and leadership to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. • Organize and facilitate reviews, meetings, and workshops to discuss and refine processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience as a PMO or business operations specialist in a global company. • Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and project management. • Quick learner with excellent analytical and organizational skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. • Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and platforms like Jira, Confluence, or Salesforce. • Experience in time reporting systems (e.g., OTLs) and workforce optimization.
