📋 Description
• Manages, develops, and implements project(s) of varying complexity and size in assigned functional area. • Partners with business stakeholders to ensure a successful project completion.
🎯 Requirements
• Define and monitor the KPI of functions contributing to Change Management activities at CPG and PHP • Identify and drive process improvement for Change Management activities, collaborate with IT team as and when needed • Coordinate with project business team for timely release of Product Structure at plant per Project Schedule • Improve Change Management KPIs as per annual targets • Manage the transition of all products to CPG and PHP under the purview of Product Transition from other plant • Identify and Lead changes unstructured changes to ensure zero downtime at line and Zero E&O generation • Represent PHP and CPG for any projects undertaken by the Windchill team till implementation in the production instance • Coach and develop employees working for change management activities • Understanding of Product Structure or Bill of material
