Description

• Define, maintain and deliver Cohere’s overall product marketing strategy and execution to help ensure achievement of Cohere growth goals. • Collaborate with commercial strategy, product management, business development, sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our targets. • Develop and maintain intelligence on our target markets & buyers - who they are, their needs and their buying criteria. • Develop and maintain intelligence on our competition and how they are positioned. • Understand and support our sales team - develop and manage training on the problems we solve for our buyers and users, and manage sales tools development. • Plan the launches of new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan. • Build, train, guide and mentor a product marketing team that will grow as Cohere grows. • Assess the ongoing effectiveness of our product marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of successful product marketing experience for digital products. Experience marketing to health insurance plans is a plus. • 3+ years experience managing marketing staff and functions. • Highly strategic with experience in identifying target markets, buyers and crafting positioning that generates interest and qualified leads. • Superlative content development skills and experience; excellent writing skills. • Familiarity with modern product marketing concepts and structures. • Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. • Bachelor’s degree required.
