β€’ Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM systems strategy aligned with company objectives, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms and processes β€’ Project manage and guide a project team of internal stakeholders and external consultants β€’ Manage and optimize end-to-end GTM processes, including lead routing, sales forecasting, quote to cash, customer onboarding, and renewal management and retention β€’ Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of GTM technology solutions β€’ Establish and monitor key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of GTM systems and processes, driving continuous adoption and improvement β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and objectives β€’ Provide leadership and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability β€’ Oversee data integration flows between systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, NetSuite, HubSpot, etc., and other internal operations systems β€’ Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in GTM systems and revenue operations, leveraging insights to drive strategic decision-making β€’ Support company M&A efforts as relates relevant systems, data and processes β€’ Create & maintain information system documentation β€’ Coordinate with sales enablement on end-user training and best practices β€’ Oversee security, roles, and permissions for all GTM systems β€’ Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field β€’ Current Salesforce administrator certification β€’ 7+ years working with RevOps, GTM systems, processes, and tools β€’ Experience with enterprise business applications, including ERP, CRM, and compatible integration tools β€’ Requires excellent project management, written, and verbal communication skills, excellent prioritization, responsiveness, and customer service β€’ Ability to gather and use data to inform decision-making and persuade others. Must work effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches β€’ Must possess business acumen, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills β€’ Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences and develop trusted relationships across stakeholders β€’ Understanding of core business processes in a B2B technology environment across sales, marketing, product development, customer support and success, professional services β€’ Experience with companies that have grown through acquisition and require rationalization, consolidation, and integration of multiple business systems
