Description

• Lead and coordinate security-related projects across the organization. • Ensure all project deliverables meet security requirements. • Work closely with cross-functional teams. • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining phases, activities, milestones, and dependencies. • Manage timelines, milestones, and budgets for project completion. • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues. • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders regularly. • Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements. • Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience. • 3+ years of experience in project management, focusing on security and compliance projects. • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong understanding of security best practices, regulatory compliance requirements, and industry standards (e.g., HITRUST, NIST, ISO, GDPR). • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with ability to manage complex projects and make data-driven decisions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum). • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and lead security initiatives. • Relevant certifications such as PMP, CPD, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.
