• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or quantitative discipline required, Master’s degree preferred • 3-5 years experience working in an analyst role • Experience interfacing with business stakeholders • Ability to use statistical tools to extract insights • Strong verbal and written communication skills required • Experience owning complex projects with multidisciplinary teams • Ability to identify issues and devise scalable solutions • Experience developing dashboards and self-service tools • Understanding of healthcare systems and medical terminologies • Passionate about improving the U.S. healthcare system • Experience with clinical management programs preferred
