Description

• This position can be 100% remote. • Dynavax is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company developing and commercializing novel vaccines to help protect the world against infectious diseases. • Our proprietary CpG 1018 adjuvant powers our diversified infectious vaccine portfolio, which includes HEPLISAV-B®. • We strive to maintain a culture where employees are valued by the organization. • We offer a highly flexible work environment for employees while working remotely. • Dynavax is headquartered in the San Francisco Bay area, and our manufacturing facility is in Düsseldorf, Germany. • The Senior Analyst of Insights and Analytics will leverage coding and data analytics tool expertise to automate standard reporting. • They will support commercial planning efforts. • Successful candidates must query large data sets and ensure quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or related field. • Minimum 2 years of analytics experience preferably with Commercial teams in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Industry. • High proficiency in analytical tools, including SQL, Excel, and Tableau. • Knowledge in R or SAS. • Experience manipulating, analyzing, and visualizing large datasets. • Expertise in database management. • Demonstrated ability to structure and conduct analyses to generate actionable strategic insights. • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. • A keen eye for detail. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast paced, multi-tasking environment. • Ability to sit; stand; walk; reach with arms and hands; lift and move small objects; and use hands to keyboard and perform other office related tasks including repetitive movement of the wrists, hands and/or fingers. • Occasional travel required, as needed. • Working knowledge of secondary data sources commonly used for Sales and Marketing analysis (desired, but not required).
