Description

• Lead the end-to-end design process for rapid ideation on technical concepts that the modeling team would like to explore • Participate in user research, gather insights, and translate findings into actionable design solutions. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts. • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and market trends. • Contribute to our design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products. • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies. • Openness to mentoring designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and other departments to ensure an understanding of cross functional needs • Drive innovation and design thinking, ensuring that all design initiatives are optimized for actionable outcomes. • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and design trends, integrating innovative solutions into digital strategies.

Requirements

• 7 - 10 years of professional experience in full stack product design • Proven track record of successful projects on both B2B and consumer products • Experience in startups and larger, established tech companies • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools. • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and the impact of your work. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies • Experience working with user research, usability testing, and data analysis. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred)
