🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of user research experience • Experience in a lead role for a large product area • Experience scaling UXR for various stakeholders • Researching developer products and tools • Working knowledge of research principles • Confident team leadership and patient guidance • Communicates complex concepts easily • Manages project prioritization independently • Experience with moderated & unmoderated testing • Collaborative attitude and humility • Learner’s mindset and interest in crypto
