Description

• Support the design and implementation of a comprehensive AML program that aligns with Coinbase’s current and future products, ensuring adherence to the highest regulatory standards while focusing on efficiency, automation, and an optimal customer experience. • Assist in the development and refinement of procedures and guidance within the Financial Crime Program. • Ensure that the overall Financial Crime Program integrates seamlessly with other governance programs within the organization. • Liaise with cross-functional teams such as CX Operations, CX Quality Assurance, Compliance Quality Assurance, Internal Audit, Legal, Product & Engineering to ensure alignment with compliance requirements. • Detect potential risks and address gaps by implementing controls, new processes, or update guidance to enhance operational effectiveness. • Provide support with managing case management vendor relationship, design workflows, draft PRDs, and assist in UAT.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Transaction Monitoring • 3+ years experience working in project and program management • 1+ years experience in crypto industry working on blockchain analysis • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience in managing projects and programs with strong stakeholder management skills • Strong ability to identify potential issues and formulate effective solutions
