📋 Description

• Build, develop, and lead Compliance BPO operations and the vendor management team. • Drive continuous improvements and quality performance of partner metrics. • Hold vendors accountable to executing operational excellence and contractual standards. • Demonstrate knowledge of operations, workforce forecasting, and planning. • Drive recruitment, selection, and retention of qualified external candidates. • Ensure production and quality work reflects Coinbase standards. • Participate with cross-functional teams in strategic decisions to meet quality goals. • Identify, analyze, and resolve technical, process, and operational issues. • Identify improvement opportunities through automation or digitization.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant vendor management or Compliance Operations experience. • Experience leading BPO operations (preferably in the Compliance space) or directly relevant Compliance Operations (Financial sector). • Excellent communication skills and styles, both written and verbal. • Proven ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary projects in a fast-paced environment. • Understanding of financial policies and budgetary requirements. • Demonstrated ability to deliver transformational projects and initiatives using creativity. • Demonstrated ability to use data to drive operations improvements. • Extensive understanding of the organization's business operations and industry. • Knowledgeable of emerging trends and industry practices.

🏖️ Benefits

• Target annual salary range is between $185,215 and $217,900. • Includes target bonus, target equity, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
