Description

• Lead various Compliance programs and initiatives to improve customer experience. • In partnership with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and other support partners create and lead Compliance programs. • Responsible for the development of Compliance program OKRs. • Utilize an in-depth understanding of metrics and financials to make data-driven decisions. • Drive program reviews to instill customer focus and operational excellence. • Hire, lead and develop a diverse, high performing team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of proven KYC/AML experience in financial services or technology organizations leading large teams (100-500+) across multiple countries and regions. • Minimum of 5 years experience leading Compliance program teams and initiatives within either Compliance, Legal or Business Strategy organizations. • Working knowledge of laws, regulations, and risk management practices for financial services. • Hands-on involvement in defining metrics that tie back to how we measure success. • Proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets. • A BA/BS degree in business, finance, and other related fields. • Nice to haves include advanced degree in business, finance and other related fields and experience with cryptocurrency.
