Description
• Ensure regulatory adherence across the Company • Lead a compliance team • Develop comprehensive compliance strategies • Oversee Compliance Quality Control function • Manage productions for state/federal examinations • Organize materials for Executive meetings • Act as subject matter expert for Compliance Department • Participate in examinations and audits • Cross-collaborate with key stakeholders • Manage Compliance staff and set clear standards
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a financial institution • Minimum 5 years’ risk management and/or consumer compliance experience • Experience with Loan Operations • Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations • Encompass experience, preferred • Expert knowledge of Mavent, preferred • JIRA experience, preferred • ACES experience, preferred • Excellent communication, management, and leadership skills • Advanced prioritization and time management skills
