📋 Description

• Responsible for defining and executing a roadmap in partnership with Corporate Programs and Security teams. • Collaborate with internal teams to gather product requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of user needs and technical constraints. • Utilize agile methodologies to manage the product development lifecycle efficiently. Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups. • Work closely with Atlassian Engineering, Program Management, and Security teams to ensure smooth coordination throughout the product lifecycle. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, ensuring regular communication and timely updates on development progress.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of strong experience in a dynamic product management role, ideally managing a data center version of the Atlassian platform. • High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders from program management, engineering, security, and other departments. • Focus on areas with the highest impact and a track record of completing deliverables on or ahead of schedule. • Strong sense of accountability and a drive for efficiency, constantly seeking better ways to improve processes and deliver high-quality user experience. • Strong team player mindset, collaborating effectively with colleagues and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. • 3+ years of experience with scripting languages like Groovy and SIL
