Description

• At Coinbase, our mission is to increase economic freedom around the world. • We’re a remote-first company looking to hire the absolute best talent all over the world. • The Analyst role is integral to the onboarding of high priority clients. • The team builds relationships with Sales, Account Managers, Compliance, Engineering, etc. to rapidly drive the Onboarding process forward.

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent. • Fluent in English. • Minimum 1+ years relevant experience onboarding regulated clients and conducting AML/KYC investigations and customer due diligence. • Working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines (e.g., BSA, OFAC, FinCEN guidance). • Knowledge of institutional business such as ownership structures, beneficial ownership, trust and regulatory requirements. • Experience with different channels of support, including voice, e-mail and/or chat. • Flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast paced organization. • Work within defined shift hours and participate in a weekend or on-call rotation (depending on business need). • Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact with institutional clients and regulators professionally.
