Requirements

• B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent • Fluent in English • Minimum 1+ years relevant experience onboarding regulated clients and conducting AML/KYC investigations and customer due diligence • Working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines (e.g., BSA, OFAC, FinCEN guidance) • Knowledge of institutional business such as ownership structures, beneficial ownership, trust and regulatory requirements. • Experience with different channels of support, including voice, e-mail and/or chat • Flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast paced organization • Work within defined shift hours and participate in a weekend or on-call rotation (depending on business need) • Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact with institutional clients and regulators professionally. • CAMS certified (not required, but a major plus) • Proficient in Google Suite, Salesforce, and Jira
