Description

• Expand and formalize Blockchain Security program for ongoing risk assessment. • Develop onchain security strategies and perform assessments of various blockchain protocols. • Identify top onchain security risks and develop strategies to address them. • Provide expert technical guidance to the team for building new frameworks. • Establish best practices and engage with product and engineering teams to adopt them. • Coach and mentor Protocol Security team members.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of onchain ecosystems, including L1 and L2 networks, DeFi protocols. • Experience identifying vulnerabilities in smart contracts and protocol infrastructure. • 5+ years of smart contract auditing experience. • Energy and self-drive for continuous learning in crypto. • Passionate about mentoring and growing blockchain security engineers. • Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience building relationships with security, product, and engineering teams. • Balance long term strategic thinking with short term tactical planning.
