• Expand and formalize Blockchain Security program for ongoing risk assessment • Develop onchain security strategies and conduct assessments • Identify top onchain security risks and develop strategies • Provide expert guidance in building new frameworks and security products • Establish best practices and engage with product and engineering teams • Coach and mentor team members to build new skills
Requirements
• Extensive knowledge of onchain ecosystems, including inner workings of L1 and L2 networks • Excel in identifying machine-level, transaction-level, and business logic-level vulnerabilities in smart contracts • 5+ years of smart contract auditing experience • Energy and self-drive for continuous learning in crypto space • Passionate about mentoring and growing blockchain security engineers • Excel in clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience building relationships with security, product, and engineering teams • Balance long-term strategic thinking with short-term tactical planning
