Description

• Provide leadership and expertise in the development of enterprise architecture guidelines. • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps to guide the evolution of the application ecosystem. • Drive application portfolio health programs focused on identifying, mitigating, and eliminating technical debt. • Evaluate new applications and platforms for alignment with technology governance strategies. • Develop and maintain system diagrams illustrating relationships between business value and technology. • Contribute to an Architecture Forum facilitating collaboration on design patterns. • Lead analysis of emerging technologies and assess their impact on enterprise architecture. • Work closely with solution architects to provide frameworks, guidelines, and best practices. • Contribute to large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• At least five (5) years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Architecture. • Demonstrated ability to develop, document, and publish Enterprise Architecture guidelines. • Proficient in security best practices including authentication, authorization, encryption. • Significant experience in leading efforts to identify and reduce technical debt. • Strong background in setting and achieving Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). • History of working within high-performing teams, offering constructive feedback. • Skilled in handling complex escalations and driving decisions to successful resolutions. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
