Description

• Work cross functionally with the Business Controllership, product, and engineering • Scope incoming product launch requests to understand the requirements and identify key Treasury stakeholders • Work with subject matter experts within the Treasury team to assess the impact of new products on daily operations • Identify needed process change or technology requirements to support new products. Support build, testing, and implementation • Documentation of work-completed and sign-offs • Compile volume reporting and projections • Develop forecasts and volume reporting based on actuals • Work with business development for new business volume projections • Support banking strategy • Fee and cost reporting • Manage day-to-day communications with corporate insurance brokers • Review new insurance requests with Head of Treasury Operations • Manage request process through to completion • Oversee daily insurance operations (i.e. Internal business requests, RFIs, Proof of coverage, Regulatory requests, Invoicing management) • Intercompany Funding and Liquidity Management (review and champion all new requests for capital and complete monthly liquidity analysis review) • Identify sources of capital inefficiencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline. Advanced degree preferred • 6+ years of work experience in a Finance, Treasury, or Business Development role • Ability to interact, influence and build relationships at all levels of seniority and across all functions within an organization • Familiarity with the Coinbase suite of products • Must be a self-starter, have attention to detail, possess strong prioritization and organization skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously • Must have highly effective verbal, written, and presentation skills to articulate ideas and plans clearly, accurately, and effectively with all levels of internal and external audiences • Efficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets and other Microsoft/G-Suite products
