Description

• The Customer Service and Trade Operations Specialist will manage customer inquiries, process trade requests, conduct document verifications, and optimize ads, all while ensuring exceptional service in a fast-paced, remote work environment with flexible shift requirements. • Answering live incoming messages from customers and answering customer’s questions in a very professional and fast-paced manner. • Managing trade requests from clients on a trading platform, including checking the order information and sending the customers different messages based on the scenario. • Carrying out document checks and sending them to verification teams. • Answering customer information requests or other information requests from our banks. • Checking our ads to ensure they are active and within certain limits/conditions, optimizing our ad prices as needed. • Helping with releasing or refunding trades/payments to/from customers. • Escalating any complex or suspicious queries to senior team members.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English language. • Ability to understand different customer situations and understand what the customer wants, and what you should do to help them get what they want in the fastest way possible. • Ability to work remotely with great performance. • Self-motivated with great levels of independence. • You will be required to work one of three shifts that span a 24-hour period.
