• Responsible for developing and refining educational materials, courses, and programs that align with organizational objectives and meet the needs of our appraiser audiences. • Play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, relevance, and depth of content produced by the marketing team. • Contribute to creating high-quality, informative, and engaging materials across various channels. • Serve as a catalyst for educational excellence, influence in the profession, passion for developing engaging and effective educational content, and industry expertise.

Requirements

• 8+ years of real estate appraisal experience with an active Certified General appraiser license. • A bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year College or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training. • 2-4 years of related curriculum writing and/or appraisal teaching experience. • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel). • Experience in Course Development. • Knowledge of Appraisal Standards and Regulations. • Communication Skills. • Subject Matter Expertise. • Attention to Detail. • Continuing Education. • Collaborative Skills. • Feedback and Evaluation.
