To learn more, please visit: www.colibrigroup.com • The Vice President of Strategy & M&A will sit within Corporate Development, reporting to our Chief Business Advancement Officer, and will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s long-term strategic vision. This leadership role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, ensuring alignment between corporate objectives and market trends, and assessing capital allocation towards organic and inorganic efforts. • This individual will conduct market analysis, competitive positioning, analytical diligence, trend identification, and oversee M&A efforts. The VP of Strategy & M&A works closely with executive leadership to drive innovation, enhance competitive positioning, and ensure the company remains agile in a dynamic business environment. Success in this role requires a combination of analytical and qualitative research, a bias for action, and adaptability in ambiguous situations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred). • 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a senior leadership role. • Proven expertise in market analysis, business modeling, and strategic planning. • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders. • Experience managing M&A transactions, from due diligence to post-merger integration. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple high-impact initiatives.
