Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a related role • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and analyzing data • A passion for AI and innovation, with a strong desire to stay at the cutting edge of industry developments • Experience working with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) • A growth mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in your career • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with various teams • Agilist at heart—empirical, adaptive, and focused on continuous improvement
