Description

• Working closely with CTO Leadership team, Engineering, Technology, service delivery and/or other cross-functional teams. • Working on multiple initiatives driven by CTO organization. • Managing project risks and assisting with problem resolution. • Serving as liaison between technical and non-technical teams. • Ensuring service levels and SLA's are met. • Measure and report metrics on team performance and progress, as well as identify opportunities for improvement. • Facilitate cross functional collaboration. • Identify and address impediments and blockers, escalating when necessary. • Agile tools to track team progress, productivity, and performance. • Mentor team members on Agile values and principles.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as various IT project methodologies and life cycles. • Advanced skills with project management software. • Experience working in an Agile environment and expertise on relevant processes and methodologies. • Extensive experience on Agile, Project Management and collaboration tools. • A bachelor’s in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent experience. • Exposure to GenAI & Data analytics skills.
