Description
• Support M&A efforts by sourcing and qualifying investment opportunities • Help evaluate new investment opportunities through various analyses • Assist in negotiating transactions and preparing investment conclusions • Liaise with legal and finance departments for transaction execution • Develop financial models and valuation analyses for potential transactions • Stay informed on market trends governing mergers and acquisitions • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with acquisitions
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree *required* (Masters degree preferred) in Business/Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field with a strong GPA • At least 3 years of work experience in Private Equity Investing, Corporate Finance, Banking, or M&A position • Proven track record of building relationships with foreign business executives and managing multiple stakeholders • Excellent understanding of financial statements, financial concepts, financial modelling, business modelling, and valuation skills • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal/presentation) • Ability to integrate rapidly and to work effectively in a global team • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment with time-sensitive deliverables • Result-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive with minimal supervision • Proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
