🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Labor healthcare/point solution sales. • Successful track record of regularly meeting/exceeding quota attainment. • Growth mindset that thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment • Proven track record in identifying, building and managing complex business partnerships that involve growing revenue and market share • Thoughtful and organized collaborator, working with and leading cross-functional teams • A robust network of relationships with key stakeholders in the Labor market: brokers, health plans, coalitions and funds. • In-depth knowledge of the Taft-Hartley market, health & welfare fund operation, collective bargaining strategy, and Labor decision making process • Passion for building new verticals, expanding market segments and taking on challenges. • Experience working cross-functionally in a face paced start-up environment
